TRIAL BY THE COUNTRY

This section of my website is devoted to making available to the people the documents and proceedings of my suit against the Crown for unlawful imprisonment. In this way ordinary Australians and anyone in other countries can read the material presented from both sides, as well as the rulings of the court, and determine for themselves what is truth and what is justice. It is, in fact, trial by the country through the public domain of the Internet.

Each document is as it has been filed in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the annexures, ie: documents attached to affidavits (ie: sworn statements in support of an application), are in “text” form after having been scanned. The dates are the dates of filing or of the hearings.
