COMMON LAW NOTICE OF DEMAND

TO:First National Bank of Tasmania Limited,
Head Office,
303 Macquarie Street,
Hobart, 
Tasmania, 7000.

I, Henry Higgins, of Western Avenue, Launceston, Tasmania 7250,

1.DEMAND that the First National Bank of Tasmania Limited immediately cancel Loan Accounts No: S.123.456.789 and W.987.654.321;

2.DEMAND that the First National Bank of Tasmania Limited immediately refund all monies which I have paid to the First National Bank of Tasmania Limited under the terms of the abovementioned Loan Accounts amounting to $2,323,565-00 (two million, three hundred and twenty-three thousand, five hundred and sixty-five dollars and nil cents) between 1 March 1989 and 21 October 2002; and

3.DEMAND the admission by the General Manager of the First National Bank of Tasmania Limited that the money, which were the principal of the abovementioned Loan Accounts, were created from nothing by the First National Bank of Tasmania Limited, ie: that those Loan Accounts were a fraudulent means of obtaining money from me.

Should you not comply with this common law notice of demand within 28 days of the service of same, I will be filing for judgment from a jury in a court of law for the abovementioned amount of $2,323, 565-00, for punitive damages, costs, and orders that charges relating to these criminal activities of the First National Bank of Tasmania Limited be prosecuted.
