Dear Fellow Australians,

Below is a PENALTY NOTICE I received yesterday regarding not voting last March.

Despite my demanding Trial by Jury, the Magistrate proceded to enforce Summary Laws that Australians must vote and vote for candidates they may not want to vote for, ie: COMPULSORY PREFERENTIAL VOTING.

I believe that, as a FREEMAN, it is my RIGHT TO VOTE and to vote how I choose.

I believe that, as a FREEMAN, I should NOT BE FORCED to vote if I choose not to and I should NOT BE FORCED to vote for candidate/s I choose not to vote for.

I believe that, as a FREEMAN, only 12 other FREEMEN can decide what are my RIGHTS and decide if I have done wrong.

The PENALTIES for not voting their way, ie: as dictated by the Australian Parliament, include "Civil action to seize and sell your property. Deduction of money from your wages and/or bank accounts. Community service work. Commitment to prison.".

Yours sincerely,

John Wilson.
